FOUR core values of Proxzar

Open: Being open in thought and should've courage to say NO.

Transparent: Being transparent in the way you do things related to your work.

Sharing: Must share knowledge with colleagues - both formally by adding/maintaining Proxzar KB and informally as required to nurture others in your team.

Ingenuous: Coming to meetings with an approach of not-knowing (even if you know) and shedding arrogance that comes from doing things you've already done in a way that YOU see as perfect.
PL note that coming to meetings with "not-knowing" is different from coming to meetings "un-prepared".
